The CrownFocus kit supports wireless Android Auto connectivity. However, due to hardware and software diversity among Android devices, some lower-performance or older phones may experience connection issues.
- Failure to establish a wireless connection
- Unstable or intermittent disconnections during use
- Slow response or Android Auto malfunctions
2. Known Issues and Recommendations
- Low-Performance Devices: Phones with slower processors or limited memory may struggle with wireless stability. A wired connection is strongly recommended for such devices.
- Older Devices: Some outdated Android phones do not support modern wireless protocols. Please verify your phone's compatibility with the latest Android Auto version before use.
3. Installation & Usage Notes
If you experience issues after installing the kit, please try the following:
- Update your Android Auto app and your phone to the latest version
- Ensure your phone and car system are connected to the same Wi-Fi network
- Restart both the phone and the vehicle infotainment system
- Use a genuine or high-quality USB cable for stable wired connection
