Q: Kits is it a wireless or wired connection?

 A: Yes. All our kits got two types of phone connections, you can choose a wired or wireless connection based on your preference on the foundation page Setting interface.

Q: How is the sound quality after installing the kits from CrownFocus?

A: The audio boards got tuned by professional engineers and musicians. Got plenty of clients’ feedback that the sound quality is even much better than the factory.

Q: Does it comes with a phone call? How to set up the Bluetooth phone call?

A: Yes, it comes with individual Bluetooth phone calls and individual microphones, you can use either the kit's Bluetooth phone call or the Factory Bluetooth phone call. Also, the phone call can be accepted or end up with the steering wheel buttons.

Q: Do the kits influence the further speaker or subwoofer upgrades?

A: Nope, it does not influence any further upgrades for your crown. Kits also come with individual sound effect tune systems; you can also do the custom tune based on your preferences.

Q:  Do the Kits change languages for the head units?

A: We got varieties of language offerings for selection in ‘Setting’, kits do not change anything for the factory head units but you can choose English or any specific language during the kits interfaces. The Android Auto and Apple CarPlay languages are following up on your phone language settings.
