Great product! works fantastically. i would ask though please update the installation instructions, its nothing major but maybe a new youtube video would be help full showing where panel clips are and a recommendation of where to place the crown focus unit. but all in all took me about an hour to install with basic tools so i highly recommend it to people trying to have android or apple car functionality in their crowns.
Such a simple job to do and works amazingly. Took under 40 minutes to install, the guides provided were amazing lifesaver. Definitely would recommend.
I did extensive research for a working device that will solve my predicament for accurate maps/navigation, and English translation, whilst still harnessing the OEM capabilities for the Crown's infotainment system. CrownFocus Integration Kit is the answer. I am grateful for Frank's accessibility, and his willingness to support from before my purchase, to after installation. Not only 5 stars, but also 2 thumbs up!!
Where to start. Firstly thank you for making a kit of this nature available. The dash disasembly was amazingly clear and easy to follow. The puging in of the unit was just as easy especially if you read and follow the directions. The way this car is built adds to just how easy it is. you cannoy tell that the dash has been touched. The hardest part was choosing where to bring the USB socket out. I had a little bit of trouble with the grammer of the instructions but I got there. Probably my only negative was lack of information of how to use it with reference to the OEM unit and what the limitations are. I also was unaware that the CD and Mini cd players cannot be removed as the kit uses the OEM audio system, I had planned to remove these and print a nice box to piu the phone in. oh well can't have it all. I had a little problem because I presumed rather than followed diredtions, contacted Frank he rang me within 10 minutes and problem sorted. I will highly recomend this company. I had contacted another company but they wouldn't give me the time of day, if you know what I mean. Cheers Gary
