The install was very easy, the interior pieces that need to come out to install pop off like Lego, the kit fits in nicely behind the factory stuff. I had a couple of questions I asked over the chat feature of the website and had answers within 3 hours.

The Crown Focus is fantastic and has completely transformed the whole driving experience. The car still has its Japanese heritage and function, with the Crown Focus being a welcome addition.
This addition to my vehicle has made all the difference to a fabulous car. It still has its Japanese personality….. but with this addition you can do everything except FM radio. A great purchase.

Before we buying the CrownFocus kit, we bought a device for our Toyota crown s204 spent $550 from Aliexpress in China. It is really bad, system is a semi - product and half of the functions are completely not working. We messaged the supplier from Aliexpress, but they never give us any feedback and help, Aliexpress can’t do return and refund because the company not in Australia. We sadly wasted money.
We finally bought the kit from CrownFocus because of we heard some good reputation and excellent aftersale service from the community. Yes it doesn’t make we down, CrownFocus kit just working perfect in my crown 204, make we driving like a new car after their kit installed. We got a question messaged Frank, he replied to me in a minute and quickly solved our questions.

CrownFocus is definitely the best product over the world. My experience is don’t save your poor one or two hundred dollars on the terrible product from miscellaneous company, because I did and wasted. Spend money on something really good and they give you guaranteed because they really know their stuff.
