Product Return and Refund Policy
Please be aware that our product return and refund policy is influenced by varying fees imposed by different payment platforms and banks. Refunds for opened or installed products may incur a restocking fees ranging from 5% to 10%.
Customer are responsible for the return shipping costs. These measures ensure adherence to diverse payment processing regulations and support the integrity of our transactional procedures. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in complying with these policies.

Please be informed that refunds processed through PayPal, Afterpay, and ZipPay are subject to transaction fees based on the total product price.
AfterPay incurs an 8% transaction fee
ZipPay incurs a 7% transaction fee
PayPal incurs a 4% transaction fee.
These fees are deducted in accordance with each platform's policy and may affect the refunded amount. Additionally, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. For detailed information on refund procedures and fee structures, we recommend reviewing the policies of PayPal, Afterpay, and ZipPay. Special circumstances for PayPal customers
From October 2019 PayPal has changed their policy with the transaction fees they charge. Which means PayPal no longer provide full refund to both sender and the receiver, but deducts their fee from total fund.
Having said that, We'd like to inform you in advance that:
CrownFocus is NOT RESPONSIBLE for refunds missing the fee, as any refund will be carried out AFTER PayPal deducts their transaction fee.
1. The customer disassembles the kits, packs everything and ships them from the nearby post shop to our address.
2. We will check it after it has been delivered. We will do a refund as soon as we got the items, usually, this process will finish in 24 hours.
We divide the refund method into two types according to the order pathways.
1. If you placed the order on the main online store or other online platforms, please apply for the refund on the relevant online platform. The specific refund time period depends on the rules & policies based on different platforms. CrownFocus cannot guarantee the payment arrival time of online platform refunds. Usually at least 2-3 business days
2. If you paid by bank transfer, we will check the parcel as soon as we received the returned items and refund instantly.
