Copyright & trade mark protection
Our work is not yours to copy.
CrownFocus invests in original product development, vehicle testing, photography, installation content and customer support. Competitors, unauthorised sellers and marketplace operators do not have permission to take that work and present it as their own.
No permission means no right to use.
Copying, downloading, cropping, editing, re-watermarking or republishing our protected material does not make it yours.

02 Prohibited use
These actions are not authorised.
Unless you have prior written authorisation from JDMFOCUSTECH PTY. LTD, you must not use CrownFocus material for commercial listings, advertising, promotion, resale, social media, websites or other public communications.
- 01Copy or republish our product images or videos, whether in full or in part, on a website, marketplace, social platform, catalogue or advertisement.
- 02Remove, conceal or replace a CrownFocus watermark, or crop, recolour, mirror, retouch or otherwise alter protected content to disguise its source.

- 04Copy our descriptions, compatibility tables, installation diagrams, manuals or advertising copy for a competing or unauthorised listing.
- 05Supply CrownFocus material to another seller, agency, distributor or marketplace account without written permission covering that specific use.
- 06Use our material to sell a different, substitute or counterfeit product, or otherwise mislead customers about the source, quality or approval of goods or services.
03 Enforcement
We document infringements and act to protect our rights.
Where we identify suspected unauthorised use, we may preserve evidence and take proportionate action. Depending on the facts and applicable law, this may include the following steps.
- 01Issue a formal demand requiring the material to be removed and the unauthorised use to stop.
- 02Submit copyright or trade mark complaints and takedown requests to marketplaces, social networks, search services, hosting providers and other relevant platforms.
- 03Notify relevant commercial partners where an account is falsely representing itself as connected with CrownFocus.
- 04Seek legal advice and pursue remedies available under applicable law, which may include injunctive relief, damages or an account of profits.
04 Authorised use
Authorised partners must still follow the rules.
An authorised dealer, installer or commercial partner may use only the specific CrownFocus assets supplied or approved for that purpose, within the scope and period of written authorisation. Approval is not transferable to another business, account or platform and may be withdrawn. If you are unsure, request written confirmation before publishing.
