Please note:
2004 -2006 early version blue or light green background interface of GS (please see the picture below to clarify). This version of the head unit's original display screen is low resolution so the CarPlay system will be slightly low resolution as well, other functions no influence at all, works amazing.
Kits installed at the rear side of the digitiser & head units, 2-3 h installation, everything is perfectly working based on the factory screens. The general process is just plug in & out.

I got this unit for the same reason as the other reviewer - to keep the Factory look.
Installation took a while. But that was not the fault of the unit or the great people who were trying to help me get it working, but that the head unit in my car was modified. Once I got an unmolested head unit it took about half an hour to install it. Works really well. It is as good as any factory unit I have had.
Really think it is worth the money, and the help you get is the best.

I bought this to try and keep the factory look but modernise it with CarPlay. Wow what a great kit. The install wasn’t to hard and frank was easy to talk to and get a hold off to answer my questions.
All in all this a great product. The kit works flawlessly like an oem unit. Props to crown focus
