I initially attempted to install the unit myself but had quite a bit of trouble, crownfocus had exceptional service and quickly reply assisting through the whole process. In fact, I ended up having an installer come the same day to help me, he told me this is the hardest one to install and the amount I did was already 90% of the job. After this installation, I had further trouble, messaged crownfocus and they were happy to help. Honestly couldn't recommend them enough, amazing service and works really well!
